At home in Nazareth, Mary and Joseph helped Jesus grow to be strong and obedient. They taught Jesus the Scriptures, they taught Him how to be obedient, and they trained Him to be a carpenter. Mary and Joseph also made sure to talk about God at home in Nazareth. They helped the growing boy Jesus become wise in the ways of God. They also helped Him grow strong on Earth.
