Title: Chaplain

Job Objective:

The Goldhead Group, Ltd. is an emerging leader in online Catholic catechesis. The organization develops online religious education programs for personal, family, and parish use for all ages, as well as paperbacks and e-books for ongoing spiritual development. Utilizing a custom learning management system and partner websites, the company's focus is on developing education that is doctrinally sound, visually and kinesthetically engaging, and easily accessible. The organization is uncompromisingly faithful to traditional Catholic teachings.

The Goldhead Group, Ltd. is currently seeking a committed Catholic interested in joining the organization as the Director of Evangelization and Outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Correspond with occasional questions from CatechismClass.com students who are seeking more guidance on the Faith and have questions on the lesson's content or questions in general on converting
• Pray each day for the members of CatechismClass.com and their students - especially in a particular way the Rosary, the Divine Office, or at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
• Assist the administrators of CatechismClass.com by helping brainstorm new program ideas in light of the chaplain's own pastoral experiences to ensure the best for the students

Minimum requirements for this position include:

• 2+ years of spiritual direction or counseling
• A deep knowledge of the Catholic Church and its teachings and a deep commitment to them
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to write clearly and persuasively

An Ideal Candidate would possess the following:

• 5+ years or more of spiritual direction or counseling
• A Master's Degree or higher of Post-Secondary Education
• Be an ordained deacon or priest

Compensation

This position is a volunteer position whose role on a part-time basis will be to help the organization become more successful in its missionary and evangelization outreach efforts.
